AVAILABILITY
 

  • Payment: deposit of 25% at booking time (not refundable), balance 2 month before arrival for one accomodation, 3month for 2 accomodation, 4 for 3 accomodation etc...
  • Prices quoted "Per week" include the following: telephone, linen and towels, baby bath, playpen, baby cot, high chair,  use of swimming pool, Tabanac tennis court, table tennis, badminton, children bikes, boules and basket as well as access to the chapel where classical music may be listened to. compact disc reader and amplifier are provided.
    An amount of Euro 15 is included in the rental price for electricity + oil  expenses+water,  which are on a meter reading.
     The prices quoted exclude the following: baby-sitting and local cuisine, which are provided on request.Extra linen and towels change will be charged € 10 per bed.                                                                                                                                           
  • Extra persons, if it is possible to accomodate them will be charged at pro-rata. Babies in a cot are free.
                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  • In case of cancellation, we will reimburse you the totality of your balance if another guest books the accomodation for which you paid and at the same price. If we cannot resell it, the totality of the sum already paid will be kept by us, taking  account of any loss incurred. In case of dispute this contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law under the sole jurisdiction of the Bordeaux courts.

    Remote payment per credit card will be operated after receiving your card details either per phone, fax, mail or
    e-mail.
    Giving us your details by one of these means, worth a signed cheque.  (5 C. Cass. civ. 1 - 19 Oct. 99 - n 1379).
